RPConnect.net is a suite of tools and applications created for Response Point - a small business IP Telephone system. You can visit RiteTech's web site to learn more about Response Point.

Response Point provides very neat and advanced functionality for small businesses, including click-to-call dialing, voice mail push-to-email and also optional voice mail transcription services.

RiteTech sells, installs and services Response Point systems throughout the world. We can even perform demonstrations of the system in person and/or via web conferences.

RPConnect is written in ColdFusion, of course, and even has some cool Captivate demo videos.

What I like about the Response Point community is how much it reminds me of the early days of the ColdFusion community. There's a very real sense of all of the VARs (Value-Added Resellers) helping one another because that will help the product, which in turn will help them. Sound familiar?
