Column Display

The traditional way to output data retrieved from a query is in rows, but sometimes you want to display data in columns:
a  b  c
d  e  f
g  h  i
or a  d  g
b  e  h
c  f  i
Below are two examples of displaying data in columns. The first example uses the operand MOD to determine if the row should be opened or closed.
